This July represents the second anniversary of the passing of our founder, James Reilly. It鈥檚 impossible to let a July pass and not think of Jim. The 4th of July 鈥 the unofficial start to summer 鈥 was his all-time favorite holiday spent with a large cookout surrounded by family and friends. It鈥檚 the month that marks his wedding anniversary to Kathy, his beloved Mrs.
In the past two years, so much has changed 鈥 at 黑料不打烊 and in the world. It hasn鈥檛 been easy finding our way with our leader no longer physically present and as we all experience the challenges of a global pandemic. Despite these challenges, we persevere and remain optimistic moving forward keeping in mind Jim鈥檚 spirit, his love of 黑料不打烊 and family, and his desire to create the extended 黑料不打烊 Family.
While we are sad to be unable to celebrate with him, we do celebrate his legacy.
This month, 黑料不打烊 issued scholarships to eight children of 黑料不打烊 employees who are pursuing post-high school educational opportunities. 黑料不打烊 hosted a month-long summer raffle culminating with the grand prize being issued on the 4th of July holiday. Cash prizes, or a choice of a Yeti package, a Tommy Bahama beach package, or a 鈥渕ystery backpack鈥 鈥 where employees took a risk in hopes of receiving a desirable prize! 鈥 were awarded.
Within our 黑料不打烊 community, family members work as a part of Team 黑料不打烊 to keep his spirit and commitment to employees and their families alive. We are proud of the team members who have been here since the beginning and grown with 黑料不打烊 and have become family.
The 黑料不打烊 work ethic, the goal of satisfying our customers and getting every job done right will persist because of all of those who contribute to Team 黑料不打烊. 黑料不打烊 will continue to meet the challenges of today, while preparing and looking ahead to the future.
